  • What is your return policy? 
    • Please request a return authorization (RA) number within 7 days from the delivery date. As long as we receive your email requesting an RA number within that 7 day timeframe you are good to go! Once your RA number is provided you will have 14 days to return the item(s) back to us. 
  • How can I get my item(s) repaired/replaced?
    • Please request a return authorization (RA) number within 7 days from the delivery date. As long as we receive your email requesting an RA number within that 7 day timeframe you are good to go! Once your RA number is provided you will have 14 days to return the item(s) back to us. 
  • Where is my package?
    • All backorders shipped as of December 18, 2017. Please check your spam/junk folder for shipping confirmation emails from us as they contain your tracking number from USPS. We are seeing that some customers' tracking numbers aren't updating until they are delivered. Please be patient and allow USPS to update as soon as they can.
  • I didn't receive my package when it says delivered.
