- What is your return policy?
- Please request a return authorization (RA) number within 7 days from the delivery date. As long as we receive your email requesting an RA number within that 7 day timeframe you are good to go! Once your RA number is provided you will have 14 days to return the item(s) back to us.
- How can I get my item(s) repaired/replaced?

- Where is my package?
- In stock orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment. Please check your spam/junk folder for shipping confirmation emails from us as they contain your tracking number from the carrier selected upon checkout. We are seeing that some customers' tracking numbers aren't updating until they are delivered. Please be patient and allow the shipping companies to update as soon as they can.
- I didn't receive my package when it says delivered.
- Sometimes USPS updates the tracking number earlier than expected. Please allow 1-2 business days for the package to be delivered. If you still cannot locate your package please contact USPS Customer Service as soon as possible: https://www.usps.com/help/welcome.htm
